i2Track was established in 2009 with the aim of providing portable asset tracking devices throughout the world. The company, based in London, UK, is completely focused and committed to providing the most superior portable tracking devices available on the market.

We have a dedicated and dynamic team and our technology is leading edge, with advanced software management and battery management, where our devices have the longest battery life of any similar device in the world by many times.

Always know your car, van, lorry caravan, or pretty much anything you want to monitor, is safe, and where it should be. If the worst should happen and your vehicle or asset is stolen, your i2Track device will notify you instantly of any movement, giving you the best possible chance of retrieving your property quickly.

Unlike most other devices that only rely on Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or GSM, our inbuilt Location Based Service system (LBS), allows you, in the event of no GSM signal being obtained, to locate your device via triangulation of the nearest GSM masts with an accuracy of 30 meters globally.

Power 1 and Power 1S

The Power trackers are fully portable asset devices, that need no wiring, screws or installation and can be easily hidden in any movable asset, such as a car, truck, boat, caravan, safe, tractor or anything you need to keep track of that moves. No wires. No fuss.

There are two versions:

Magnetic

The magnetic version of the Power 1 has an 80kg pull force, which will ensure it holds safely and securely to any flat metal surface.

Your Power 1 unit is fully rechargeable, fully waterproof and weighs only 350 grams. It also comes as standard with a 2-year warranty and full 24/7 telephone or email support.

FAQ

How long does the battery last for on a single charge?

Unlike other tracking devices that typically last for 2-4 days, the i2Track devices will last from 4 to 6 months on a single charge, on the basis it is providing you real time tracking every minute of every day. You can monitor the battery power from the support portal

Are there additional costs?

Yes, a Vodafone roaming SIM is contained within the sealed unit. Like all GSM trackers, our devices require a monthly airtime subscription. The charges are billed monthly in advance and we offer extremely competitive and unlimited contracts for 12, 24 and 36 months.

Can I use the device to track items other than vehicles?

Yes. Basically you can track pretty much anything that moves! Your horsebox, freight container, boat, safe, quad bike, jet ski, farm equipment, and so on.

What do I do if my asset is stolen?

Log into our dedicated portal to locate your asset and evaluate the situation. We recommend at the earliest opportunity to contact the Police with the detailed information you will be able to provide.

How often can I track my device?

You get UNLIMITED tracking with an i2Track device. This includes monitoring and retrospective analysis of information such as speeds travelled and locations visited.

How do I track my device?

Our tracking portal can be accessed from any desktop, laptop or tablet. Alternatively you can access the portal using our Android or iOS Apps.

How long should I charge my device before using it?

For the unit’s first charge, we recommend charging for 24 hours. Charging the battery after (every few months) will only take 12 hours for full capacity. You can monitor the battery level and receive notifications through the dedicated portal.

Is support included?

Yes, full UK telephone support and online support is provided.

I can't see my last location on the map?

Check the battery level first. The battery meter can be viewed in the menu on the portal.
It may be that your device does not have full GSM coverage at its last location, so the accuracy can be extended from a few feet to a larger area. This should still provide an accurate area field in the event of notifying the authorities of the asset location.
The fields in the filter field may not have been selected correctly, showing a limited amount of information. Review the filters. If the problem persists please contact our 24/7 support team.
