Frequently Asked Questions

Yes; a Vodafone European roaming sim card is contained within the sealed unit. This of course requires a monthly airtime subscription. The charge for this is £16.66+ vat per month. Yes, full UK telephone support at no additional cost.
Unlike other tracking devices which typically last for 2-4 days once activated on a single charge; i2Track's device will last from 4 to 6 months on a single charge! You can monitor the battery power from the support portal.
You get UNLIMITED tracking with i2Track's device.
This could be due to a number of things: It may be that your battery needs charging. The battery meter can be seen in the object field from your menu fields in the software. It may be that your device does not have a GSM signal at last location, so the accuracy is not 100% correct. The fields in the filter field have not been selected correctly
Firstly, a device must send its location before it can be shown on the map. If you are sure that the device must have sent a location update, then check the filter settings. Eg. when you have selected ‘Today’ from the filter and the last data from the module was from yesterday, then the location will not be shown on the map. In that case, change the filter to ‘Last position’.
Yes. You can track anything of value. Your horsebox, freight container, boat, quad bike, jetski, farm equipment, etc.
Simply log into our support portal, locate your asset using Google Maps, then contact the Police! It's that simple.
Our tracking portal can be accessed from any desktop, laptop or tablet. And you can even track on the go using your Android or Apple device. Our software is fully integrated with Google Maps.
For the unit's first charge, the device should be charged for a minimum for 24 hours. Charging the battery after this should only take 12 hours for full capacity.

What they’ve said about us

“I own a family run car hire firm and we’ve been looking for an affordable tracking device for a while. When we came across this one we loved the fact that it was portable. This suits us over a fixed tracker because we only need to buy a couple of devices to put into the vehicles when they go out on hire. The accuracy on Google Maps is incredible. It pinpoints within a few feet of the device’s location. I would say that the Power 1 is an essential piece of kit for my industry.”
Martha Burke, Avon Car Rentals
“I bought a device to monitor my caravan as I had previously had one stolen. Having this now gives me piece of mind that if anything untoward were to happen again, I would be able to locate my caravan and notify the Police immediately. Now I don’t wake up every morning and look out my window to check that my caravan is still parked on the drive!”
Mark Cargill, Customer
“I bought my device after seeing it at the Ideal Home Show in London. I loved the concept as soon as I saw all the features. I can’t believe how long the battery lasts!”
Peter Backer, Customer
“My company purchased a few of these devices to monitor our field sales team. This has enabled us to manage our staff more effectively and reduce fuel wastage. Staff are now more careful with our vehicles now that they know they are being monitored. Having the devices has actually increased productivity.”
Ann Downs, Fleet Manager | Inposter
